Chinese Da Hong Pao, translated as \u201cbig red robe\u201d or \u201crock tea\u201d, is a specialty tea from the Wu-Yi Mountains in Fujian Province, southeast China. Hong Pao has an earthy and smoky aroma. Its flavor develops particularly well with multiple steepings, moving between nutty, mineral, roasted and slightly sweet nuances.
