Originally from the highlands of Nicaragua, growing at an altitude of 1,100–1,600 m.

Arabica bean

Acidity: medium, clean and pleasantly bright, not sharp.

Aroma: clean, floral and slightly nutty nuance, chocolate background

Flavor profile: soft marzipan or honey sweetness with slightly fruity (apple, apricot) or caramel tones.

Aftertaste: long-lasting, sweet and slightly nutty or chocolatey aftertaste.

Coffee beans are packaged on site according to your desired quantity and grinding (bean, espresso, filter pot, Italian mocha pot, press pot, Turkish coffee). Freshly ground coffee can be stored in a sealed package for about half a year.
