It grows in the Fujian province of China and is also known as the “White Peony”. After picking, the tea is dried in the sun or in closed rooms without additional technical assistance. The leaf has many shades of green, is very voluminous, has a different structure, and part of the tea has long, silver-white leaf tips. The color of the cup is sparkling amber and the taste is elegantly spicy . With a lower tein content, it is also suitable as an afternoon tea.
